busy busy busy with assignments & presentation!!!

Hi guys!! well, as aforementioned in the previous blog, i am rather busy these days! assignments! PRESENTATIONS!!! even my parents notice i have a little bit of PANDA EYES!!! bcoz of that these days, i begin to sleep for around 7 hours.... zzz

well, like this morning, we did a forum talk for english... Our lecturer said that our presentation was the best among others and also our talk is neat and organized.. honestly, i am very shock by what she said... before we start our forum talk, i actually thought that our talk will be quite messy and inorganized... well, i think it was mere luck!

and also i wanna mention this time is, u cant expect what will happen when u r here studying in KL... hm...
well, when i was on my way back to my house, i will always pass by got 1 shop.. but last few days, when i am walking passing by the shop, i saw a girl pulling a boy out from the shop and started saying in chinese.... saying what had happen to him.... why his attitude is getting worse and others lar... i quickly walk away actually... hmhmhm.... and also just last few days, when i was on my way to 7-11 conviniece shop to buy my breakfast; 70cent gardenia bread, i actually like heard a couple arguing sth... in between 2 cars... then suddenly, i heard a girl scream.... i knew sth happen! and i actually didn't turn over and look.. i just walked quickly into 7-11.... then after i bought the bread, i came out of the shop and saw the man that talk to that girl earlier, and perhaps do sth to her or what, walk down the road.... well, i don think i should say anything bout it.. just FYI... :I

recently, the uni is getting more and more 'alive'... like today, there is a mini performance.. and also students showing off their hand-made-from-cardboard structure of buildings in Paris... my friend say it is bcoz there r going to start learning french language... hahah.. zzz

 There is a promo at the Snogourt shop... buy 1 free 1.. and pay which ever cup that has the highest weight... yes, the ice cream cost by how heavy the ice cream yoghourt u get... not bad... for that little bit... one cup is actually RM5.90

Fu HaiFeing loose in All-England!! LCW too! New Windows 8!! :D

haha what a night... order 1 teh tarik from 11pm in a mamak store till now, 1.30am baru go back just to watch badminton... zzz too bad fu haifeng; my idol, loose!!! coz he hand injury, or not i think sure win...

hm, i've actually install Windows 8!! it is kinda weird....at first after i download, i ALMOST cannot go to my primary OS!!! luckily after restarting the comp manually A FEW TIMES, manage to go in le... wan make me scare till die! haha nevertheless, windows 8 is kinda fun.... just 1 advise, better don simply install if u r not very good in comp stuff... and if u insist, make sure u backup ur VERY VERY important files 1st!

the interface is quite interesting, just don expect too much and also OBVIOUSLY, it is mainly for tablet PCs... haha but PC user also can use, but may feel a little bit wierd... it is still not stable though... jsut now my screen literally turn pinkish red.... haha.... so far, that is the 1st time it happen in 2 days... :) 

hm many assignments and presentation is coming in... so maybe not gonna update so much... :(

hm............ Week # 5

Hi guys... hm... so i'm getting more and more busy these days... and every week got presentation de! well, i think it is a good thing though.. so that we will be able to speak in front of ppl easier/easily next time... yea i did notice that many taylorians can speak well to ppl or in public...

well, honestly, nth much going on this 2 weeks... just going to school everyday as usual, and this week, was having quite a lot of fun coz my eldest sis came here after she finished her final FINAL exam... and yea, spend a lot of money but had a lot of fun... well, at least i did not over my budget!!!

well, last few days, we went for karaoke... it was quite fun singing karaoke... singing, shouting, making animal sound... zzzz 1 thing i learn is, we cannot sing!haha the fees is count by per head... RM12... after tax, rm14 per person... well, the package comes wit free 2 drinks for each person! well, the facilities were decent... the sound is ok only... not to say very good.... @@ overall it was fun, perhaps u should try to go wit ur friends or siblings... :) and sorry no picture... :( haha had too much fun till forget to take picture...


well for my lessons in Taylor's, everything is quite OK.... honestly, i did struggle a little bit with e-business and English... haha coz i am not use to the learning and the lesson taught, just yet... intro to computing; learn bout computer stuffs and java programming, was rather interesting to me... i just wish there is more time given for java programming, i just wanna learn MORE!!! haha java is quite interesting actually... but honestly, i will still stick to C programming, as that is the 1st programming language i learn... it actually does use SOME of the keywords and function that is use in the c programming, so things are slightly easier for me as i know some of it... THANKS to my experienced lecturers in Pilley... I'll never regret and will always remember studying in Pilley!

honestly, uni life is much better than secondary school... honestly, i am always looking forward to monday's lesson every weekend!! i nvr feel lazy to wake up or lazy to go to school... well, coz u r studying the course u r interested in... so that's why... ( i think.. :))  FYI, i gotta wake up 10am on mondays, 7am on wednesdays and fridays and 8am on tues and thurs.... :)

Getting used to life here.. :D Week # 3

Hi guys!!! i'm back!!! firstly, i just wanna say SORRY for not updating my blog weekly.. :(
well coz as u know, i'm still trying to adapt to the life here... haha still a little bit not used to it.. but soon, i will used to it.. i think...
well, actually what really makes me busy is my presentations...  yea we already start to do presentations... and so far, i think all my lecturers r not  very happy with out performance... haha well, hopefully, we will all be better in presenting coz FYI, we( foundation in computing students) will actually need to present in front of ALL the FOUNDATION students..ie, students for foundation in design, culinary arts and etc!!! at the end of the year!!! <drown>


anyway, these weeks, had been quite a good week all along... XD especially on Valentine's Day... WAIT!!! don get too excited!!! well, nobody gave me anything(obviously... :)) but...........


It was like the funniest day of my life!!  when i am walking back to my house, got a few ppl selling flowers to.. you know lar... haha then when i was walking pass them, one of them came to me and say in chinese, " do u wanna buy a flower?" of course i say NO! (obviously u know the reason why i say no...) then she ask again, " Today is Valentines' Day ma.. you should buy 1" and i just smile at her and say no.. then i think i almost smile the whole way back to my house.. XD


 last few weeks i also did went to the gym in my uni... just do a light approx. 2 hours workout... it is quite cold inside! haha yea, they switch on the aircond... 

oh did i ever mention that there is actually a half indoor/outdoor pool just outside the gym!!

after that, my friend and I went to pizza hut... zzzzz yea, all the calories that we had burn earlier, now comes back... and i think it comes back wit how many times the calories we had burn earlier.. XP
we decided to eat pizza coz there is a promotion EVERYDAY, that there will be a half price discount on selected ala carte ... that day the half price promo was cheese baked rice.. it was RM4.60 after discount.. but i only ate half and the other half, was my friend ate it... honestly, it wasn't good... :@ haha but the pizza was good... we order the lunch express set meal... which after tax is RM9.60 if i am not mistaken.. for the lunch express lar... 

Oh! the lake in my uni also got geese / goose!!! i heard that students do giv them food actually... and u can actually go near them... they wont really run away... in fact, sometime u can see them swimming in the lake... :)

hm.. just wanna share wit u guys the bus that i use everyday to go to uni...
need to pay RM1.50 for every trip! the bus is quite comfortable too... the aircond is quite cold... <-- my fav.. XD

i also did go and use the iMac computers in the mac lab!! this is just 1 lab! there is like 4-5 more labs... i think consist of iMac... i think lar... :) 
honestly, i am not used to it... ie, i don even know how to open the browser!! like where to open it.. haha had to ask my friend who used it before... yea, it was quite cool using the iMac...

there is a theatre room too!! Just a small theatre room that can fit up to 18 person... in front there, is actually 2 ppl lying down on the floor watching the movie.. but the mocie shown that time was kinda like the 1990s movies..haha zz

 This is the 24/7 study room... so basically, it is open 24 hours for student to study/do their assignment! but it is not very big... wish it was bigger... :)

 

we hav the vending machines like in every block... got food and drink vending machines... but the food 1 is expensive, like 2 times the usual price.. the can drink is like RM1.50

 the mineral water in the vending machines... not bad also got taylor's water mineral bottle.. RM1
