1st day of GYM!!

Yeap, so I did went to the gym today... but, only had a 2 hour workout... zzz jogging for 4km which already take up like 30 minutes.. then cycling for 10km... after that, when down to food court for a light drink and came back and do some exercise for biceps and the muscles around the leg...





Then after my gym, my friend asked me to go for lunch with him.. and guess what we ate...
BUTTER fish rice!! haha all the calories that I'd burned earlier, is bAck!!

 But the butter fish rice was really good!!

For dinner, I had the Subway Ramadhan special..
But in the end, I ordered and extra 3 pieces of cookie, so all in all is RM13.90...

Ordered the BMT...


DO you guys know that one of the japanese women single got injured..... and she still want to continue playing... in the end, her coach simply stop the game from making her injury worsen..
This is what it is called, A REAL Badminton player! putting their heart and soul for the game!
If compared to those women doubles(you should know what I'm talking about...), I rather watch some stupid commercial videos...

While watching LCW match against Chen Long of China... So LCW is in the finals now, and going to meet Lin Dan.. Hope he can win over Lin Dan... :)
He played well against Chen Long.. Bcoz this time he looked / played more relax...
